Super Smart Stationers Delivery Policy

At Super Smart Stationers, we strive to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all purchases, whether made online or in-store. Below are our delivery terms and conditions.

  1. Standard Delivery Timeframes

For all purchases made online or in-store, the estimated delivery time is between 3 (three) to 7 (seven) working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location of the delivery address and stock availability.

  • Online Orders: Delivery for online purchases will commence once payment has been confirmed.
  • In-store Purchases: Delivery for in-store purchases may vary based on stock availability and location. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the point of purchase.
  1. Delivery for Custom Orders and Special Services

Customers purchasing covering and labelling services may experience slightly longer delivery times due to the customised nature of these services, as well as stock availability.

  • Custom Orders: Delivery for custom or special orders may exceed the standard 3 (three) to 7 (seven) working days. We will inform you of the expected delivery time at the time of your order.
  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified, and we will provide an updated delivery date.
  1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the order. Charges will be displayed at checkout for online orders or communicated during in-store purchases.

  • Standard Delivery Charges: These apply to most areas within South Africa.
  • Remote Area Delivery: Delivery to remote or rural areas may incur additional charges, and delivery timeframes may vary.
  1. Delivery Process

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking details. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If no one is available, the courier may attempt a second delivery or arrange for collection from their nearest depot.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the package after 2 (two) delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Super Smart Stationers. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.

  1. Delayed Deliveries

In the event of unforeseen delays beyond the estimated 3 (three) to 7 (seven) working days (such as stock shortages or transportation disruptions), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeframe.

  1. Consumer Rights under the CPA

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to:

  • Timely Delivery: Goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe. If this does not happen, customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  • Right to Cancel: Customers have the right to cancel the purchase if delivery takes longer than the agreed timeframe, unless delays are due to factors beyond Super Smart Stationers’ control.

Super Smart Stationers reserve the right to dispute refunds, returns, or replacements in cases where the circumstances fall outside the parameters outlined above, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
